The Beach House is uniquely Pawleys--no fancy extras, but a comfortably shabby retreat! Situated on the popular North End of Pawleys Island, the house boasts a large front porch with plenty of rockers and a swing to enjoy the ocean breezes and watch the seagulls. The Beach House is a great place to enjoy friends and family and reminisce about the “good old days”!

 

At The Beach House, you’ll have the best of both worlds: ocean views with private beach access and access to Pawleys Creek across the street (shared dock with the next door homeowners).

 

The house has not changed much since it was built in the ’40s. It has that rustic and beachy feel that our family enjoys every summer, but with some modern conveniences (AC, Wifi, YouTube TV).

 

New, larger bathroom on the main floor with a walk-in tiled shower.

About the Owner

This is a family beach house that has been in the family since 1947. Our family loves the rustic feel to the house and its shabbiness.
